Product Details

The BZR-1 Woven Bag Heat Sealing Machine is designed for woven and laminated bags with PE inner-film liners. It integrates the sealing and closing stages required to heat seal the inner liner, stitch the outer bag and apply hot-melt adhesive tape to the external closure. The machine uses four sets of heating blocks for the inner PE liner. A PTFE sealing belt prevents direct contact between the heating blocks and the bag surface. After pressure roller processing, the outer bag is stitched, followed by hot-melt adhesive tape application. The tape is then heat sealed using two additional sets of heating blocks, followed by pressure roller pressing. The BZR-1 uses a controller, motor frequency speed controller and heating-system detection as the core control elements. The catalogue describes automatic alarm shutdown, fault display, fault protection and interlock shutdown functions. Its equipment configuration includes automatic feeding, heat sealing, sewing, hot-melt paper sealing and an on-site control cabinet. The catalogue specifies a 7–10 m/min sealing speed, 0–400°C sealing temperature, 800–1700 mm sealing height, approximately 850 kg weight and dimensions of 3750 × 1090 × 2052 mm. The specified sewing head is GS-7C.

Key Features

Core mechanical design specifications, build standards, and operational features.

10 Features
01

The BZR-1 integrates inner PE liner heat sealing, outer bag stitching and hot-melt adhesive tape sealing.

02

Four heating-block sets are used for the initial heat sealing of the inner PE liner.

03

A PTFE sealing belt helps prevent the heated components from directly contacting the bag surface.

04

The outer bag is stitched after the inner liner has been heat sealed and pressure processed.

05

Hot-melt adhesive tape is applied after outer-bag stitching and then heat sealed using two heating-block sets.

06

Pressure rollers process the bag after the hot-melt tape heat-sealing stage.

07

The machine provides a specified sealing speed of 7–10 m/min.

08

The sealing temperature is adjustable within the specified 0–400°C range.

09

The sealing height is adjustable between 800 and 1700 mm from the ground.

10

The control system includes heating detection, alarm shutdown, fault indication and interlock protection.

Heat Sealing and Stitching Workflow

Bag Mouth Cleaning: The BZR-1 can optionally begin with bag-mouth cleaning to prepare the bag opening before the closure sequence. Bag Mouth Trimming: A cutter trims the bag opening before the inner-liner sealing stage. This creates the required bag-mouth configuration for the downstream processes. Inner PE Liner Heat Sealing: The inner PE film is heat sealed using four sets of heating blocks. The PTFE sealing belt prevents direct contact between the heating blocks and the bag surface during heating. Pressure Roller Processing: After heat sealing, the bag mouth passes through pressure rollers to process the sealed inner liner before the outer closure operation. Outer Bag Stitching: The outer woven bag is then stitched using the integrated sewing machine. The BZR-1 catalogue specifies a GS-7C sewing machine head. Hot-Melt Adhesive Tape Application: After stitching, hot-melt adhesive tape is applied around the outer bag closure area. Final Heat Sealing and Pressure: The hot-melt adhesive tape passes through two sets of heating blocks for heat activation and sealing. Pressure rollers then process the finished adhesive closure. This completes the integrated BZR-1 bag-closing workflow.
