Woven Bag Heat Sealing, Sewing & Hot-Melt Adhesive Sealing

This product configuration is designed for woven or laminated outer bags with PE inner film liners where the inner liner is heat sealed and the outer bag is closed using both stitching and hot-melt adhesive tape. The process integrates the inner-film heat-sealing stage with outer-bag sewing and subsequent hot-melt adhesive tape application. The corresponding BZR-1 system uses a controlled sequence of inner PE heat sealing, pressure roller processing, outer-bag stitching, hot-melt adhesive tape application, secondary heat sealing and pressure roller pressing. The system is designed as an integrated automatic process consisting of an automatic feeding device, heat-sealing device, sewing device, hot-melt paper-sealing device and control cabinet. The catalogue also describes heating detection, automatic alarm shutdown, fault indication and interlock protection within the control system. This product configuration is suitable where a woven outer bag requires both mechanical stitching and hot-melt adhesive tape closure, while the internal PE liner is independently heat sealed.
