Product Details

The FBP-4W Paper Bag Folded Mouth Heat Press Sealing Machine is designed for paper-bag closure where the inner liner is heat sealed and the outer bag mouth is folded and heat pressed. The process uses hot-air preheating, four groups of heating blocks for the inner liner, pressure roller processing, fold-line creasing, 90° bag-mouth folding, hot-air heating of the hot-melt adhesive coating and final pressure roller processing. The catalogue specifies 7–12 m/min sealing speed, 0.5 × 8 kW heating-block power, 0.3 × 2 kW and 0.75 × 3 kW heating-tube power, 0.55 kW hot-air motor power, 7.5 kW total power, approximately 550 kg weight and dimensions of 3662 × 1019 × 2052 mm. It specifies a 50 mm fold height, 800–1700 mm sealing height and 0–400°C sealing temperature.

Key Features

Core mechanical design specifications, build standards, and operational features.

10 Features
01

The FBP-4W combines inner-liner heat sealing with folded-mouth heat pressing in one process.

02

Hot-air preheating prepares the inner bag before heat sealing.

03

Four groups of heating blocks perform the inner-bag heat-sealing operation.

04

Pressure rollers process the inner sealed mouth before the folding operation.

05

The machine creates a defined fold line before folding the outer bag mouth.

06

The bag mouth is folded through a 90° folding process.

07

Hot air heats the hot-melt adhesive coating at the folded section.

08

Pressure roller pressing completes the folded-mouth closure.

09

The machine provides a specified sealing speed of 7–12 m/min.

10

The specified fold height is 50 mm, with sealing height adjustable from 800–1700 mm.

Workflow

• Inner Bag Hot-Air Preheating: The FBP-4W first applies hot air to preheat the inner bag. This prepares the liner for the following heat-sealing operation. • Inner Bag Heat Sealing: The prepared inner bag is then heat sealed using four groups of heating blocks. This establishes the internal closure before the outer paper bag is folded. • Pressure Roller Processing: The sealed inner bag mouth passes through pressure rollers to process the closure and prepare the bag mouth for the folding stages. • Fold-Line Creasing: The machine then forms a crease along the designated fold line. This establishes the position at which the outer bag mouth will be folded. • 90° Bag-Mouth Folding: The outer bag mouth is folded through a 90° folding operation. The catalogue specifies a 50 mm fold height for the FBP-4W configuration. • Hot-Air Adhesive Activation: Hot air is applied to the hot-melt adhesive coating at the folded section, activating the adhesive for the outer-mouth sealing stage. • Final Pressure Sealing: Pressure rollers then press the folded section to complete the heat-press sealing process and establish the final folded-mouth closure.
