Paper Bag Folded Mouth Heat Press Sealing Machine

This product is designed for paper-bag closure applications where the inner liner is heat sealed and the outer paper bag is folded and heat sealed at the folded mouth. The corresponding FBP-4W machine uses a sequential process beginning with inner-bag hot-air preheating, followed by inner-liner heat sealing. The bag mouth is then pressure processed, creased along the fold line and folded through a 90° bag-mouth folding operation. Hot air is subsequently applied to the hot-melt adhesive coating at the fold before pressure roller processing completes the closure. The catalogue specifies applications for three-layer paper bags with PE liner heat sealing or laminated bags, with a sealing speed of 7–12 m/min, adjustable sealing height of 800–1700 mm, 50 mm fold height and 0–400°C sealing temperature.
