Product Details

The BZR-3 Woven Bag Heat Sealing, Top Folding & Stitching Machine is designed for woven and laminated bags with inner PE liners. It combines inner-liner heat sealing with outer-bag top folding and stitching in an integrated process. The machine uses four groups of heating blocks to heat seal the inner PE liner. PTFE sealing tape prevents direct contact between the heating blocks and bag surface during the sealing process. After the pressure roller stage, the outer bag is folded using the specified straight-fold configuration, after which the sewing machine stitches the folded outer bag. The BZR-3 uses a controller, variable-frequency motor drive controller and heating-system monitoring devices for coordinated machine control. The catalogue also specifies automatic alarm shutdown, fault indication, comprehensive protection and interlock shutdown. The complete machine consists of an automatic feeding unit, heat-sealing unit, top-folding and stitching unit, and on-site control cabinet. The catalogue specifies a 10–15 m/min sealing speed, 0–400°C sealing temperature, 800–1700 mm sealing height, approximately 650 kg machine weight and reference dimensions of 3153 × 1090 × 2052 mm. The specified sewing head is GS-9C.

Key Features

Core mechanical design specifications, build standards, and operational features.

10 Features
01

The BZR-3 integrates inner PE liner heat sealing, outer-bag top folding and stitching in one machine.

02

Four groups of heating blocks are used for the inner-bag heat-sealing operation.

03

PTFE sealing tape helps prevent direct contact between the heating blocks and bag surface.

04

A pressure roller processes the bag after the inner liner has been heat sealed.

05

The machine uses a straight-fold configuration for folding the outer bag mouth.

06

The folded outer bag is stitched using the integrated GS-9C sewing head.

07

The machine provides a specified sealing speed of 10–15 m/min.

08

The sealing temperature can be adjusted within the specified 0–400°C range.

09

The sealing height can be adjusted between 800 and 1700 mm from the floor.

10

Heating monitoring, automatic alarm shutdown, fault indication and interlock protection are incorporated into the control system.

Heat Sealing and Stitching Workflow

Bag Mouth Cleaning: The BZR-3 can include an optional bag-mouth cleaning stage before the main sealing process. This allows the bag opening to be prepared before the inner liner is heat sealed. Inner PE Liner Heat Sealing: The inner PE liner is heat sealed using four groups of heating blocks. PTFE sealing tape separates the heating elements from the bag surface to help prevent sticking during the heating process. Pressure Roller Processing: After heat sealing, the bag mouth passes through a pressure roller. This stage processes the sealed inner liner before the outer bag folding operation. Outer Bag Top Folding: The outer woven bag is then folded at the bag mouth. The BZR-3 catalogue identifies the folding configuration as a straight fold. This creates the required folded outer-bag edge for the subsequent stitching stage. Outer Bag Stitching: Following the folding operation, the outer bag is passed to the integrated sewing machine, where the folded outer bag is stitched. The BZR-3 uses a GS-9C sewing head according to the catalogue specifications. Integrated Control: The entire sequence is coordinated through the machine's control system. The catalogue describes heating monitoring, variable-frequency motor control, automatic alarm shutdown, fault indication, comprehensive protection and interlock shutdown functions.
