Product Details

The BZR-2 Woven Bag Heat-Sealing and Sewing Machine is designed for woven and laminated bags with an inner PE film liner. The machine combines inner-bag heat sealing with outer-bag paper tape application and stitching in an integrated bag-closing process. The system uses four sets of heating blocks for sealing the inner PE bag. PTFE sealing tape prevents direct contact between the heating blocks and the bag surface, helping avoid sticking during the heating process. After the inner liner is sealed, a pressure roller processes the bag mouth before the crepe paper tape is applied and the outer bag is stitched. The catalogue specifies a 7–10 m/min sealing speed, 0–400°C sealing temperature, 800–1700 mm adjustable sealing height, and 8 × 0.5 kW heating-block power. The machine has approximately 650 kg weight and dimensions of 3153 × 1090 × 2052 mm. The specified sewing head is GS-7C. The catalogue specifies the application as woven laminated bags with inner PE film heat sealing and outer crepe paper tape sealing. It also states bag requirements concerning the relative melting points of the outer and inner bag materials, minimum material-to-bag-mouth distance, and alignment/bonding of the inner and outer bag mouths.

10 Features
01

The BZR-2 combines inner PE liner heat sealing, paper tape application and outer-bag stitching in one integrated process.

02

Four sets of heating blocks are used for heat sealing the inner PE liner.

03

PTFE sealing tape helps prevent direct contact between the heating blocks and the bag surface during sealing.

04

The pressure roller processes the bag mouth after inner-liner heat sealing and before the outer closure stages.

05

The machine applies crepe paper tape before the outer bag is stitched.

06

The sealing speed is specified at 7–10 m/min for the BZR-2 configuration.

07

The sealing temperature is adjustable within the specified range of 0–400°C.

08

The sealing height can be adjusted between 800 and 1700 mm from the ground.

09

An optional bag-mouth cleaning system can be included in the machine configuration.

10

The machine uses a GS-7C sewing head for the outer-bag stitching stage.

Heat Sealing and Stitching Workflow

Bag Mouth Cleaning: The process can begin with an optional bag-mouth cleaning operation to prepare the mouth of the woven bag and inner liner before sealing. The catalogue identifies this cleaning function as optional. Bag Mouth Trimming: A cutter trims the bag mouth before the heat-sealing stage. This prepares the opening for the subsequent inner-liner sealing operation. Inner PE Bag Heat Sealing: The inner PE liner then enters the heat-sealing section. The BZR-2 uses four sets of heating blocks to heat seal the inner bag. PTFE sealing tape is positioned to prevent direct contact between the heating blocks and bag surface and to reduce sticking during sealing. Pressure Roller Processing: After heat sealing, the sealed bag mouth passes through the pressure roller, which processes the closure before the external tape and stitching stages. Crepe/Kraft Paper Tape Application: Following pressure processing, crepe paper tape is applied around the outer bag mouth. This creates the paper-tape-wrapped outer closure configuration specified for the BZR-2. Outer Bag Stitching: The final stage is performed by the sewing machine, which stitches the outer woven bag after the paper tape has been applied. The BZR-2 catalogue specifies a GS-7C sewing head for this operation.
