Key Features
Core mechanical design specifications, build standards, and operational features.
The FBH-52 automatically processes the bag mouth through heat sealing, pressure compression, cooling and embossing.
Five sets of heating blocks provide the primary heat-sealing stage for the plastic bag mouth.
A dedicated heat-dissipation block forms part of the heating and cooling arrangement.
The PTFE sealing belt helps prevent direct contact between heating elements and the bag surface.
Two cooling blocks are used after sealing to cool the sealed bag mouth before embossing.
The machine is specified for PE and PP film with a maximum film thickness of 1.0 mm.
The sealing temperature can be adjusted between 0–400°C for different film-sealing requirements.
The machine provides a sealing speed range of 7–12 m/min for continuous industrial operation.
The sealing height can be adjusted between 800 and 1700 mm from the floor.
An optional trimming knife can be included as part of the bag-mouth preparation process.
