This product group is designed for multi-layer paper bags with inner PE liners where the inner liner is heat sealed and the outer paper bag is closed using paper tape and stitching. The sealing process combines inner PE-film heat sealing, pressure roller processing, bag-mouth trimming, kraft or crepe paper tape application and outer-bag stitching. The exact configuration varies by model, with the GKS-23D specified for 3-layer paper bags and the GKS-24D specified for 4-layer paper bags. Both models use integrated heat-sealing and sewing processes for paper-bag closure. The product range is intended for packaging operations where a heat-sealed internal liner and mechanically stitched paper outer bag are required, with paper tape incorporated into the external closure.
