Harkom SA-A Semi Automatic Auger Filling Machine

The Harkom SA-A Semi Automatic Auger Filling Machine is designed for businesses starting or operating at lower production volumes that require accurate powder filling without a fully automatic packaging line. The machine uses a servo-motor-controlled auger filling system, where the quantity of product is controlled by the number of screw rotations. Screw size can be selected according to the product and required filling quantity. A mixer system in the filling hopper helps prevent product trapping and supports consistent product flow. Product-contact surfaces are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine has a compact, separable structure that supports installation and maintenance in smaller production spaces.
