HARKOM IM-V Packaging Machine With Volumetric Filler

The Harkom IM-V Packaging Machine With Volumetric Filler is designed for packaging free-flowing and homogeneous products using a volumetric filling system. The filling volume is controlled through adjustable-volume containers, with different container sizes available according to the product and required filling quantity. The machine is suitable for products whose density remains within the required sensitivity range. Filling sensitivity depends on the product's particle size, density and homogeneity. Harkom's current product information describes the IM-V as using 6 or 8 adjustable-volume containers for volume-based filling control. The IM-V incorporates AISI 304 stainless-steel product-contact surfaces, an easy-change collar/forming system, adjustable package-length sensing and continuous printer-error monitoring.
